A career across advice, operating, capital and investment

Mike Bristow is a strategist, founder, former high-growth CEO, institutional capital raiser, investor, Chair and board adviser. That combination shapes a practical, investor-aware approach to every mandate.

Operator track record

As founder and former CEO of CrowdProperty, Mike delivered more than 20x revenue growth and seven-figure profitability, built the team to more than 50, funded over £1bn of property projects, took the business international and secured institutional lines from major asset managers, private-credit firms, banks and Government-backed capital.

Good decisions compound. Over time, they create advantage.

— Mike Bristow

Strategic and transaction experience

Mike brings 18 years of strategy, transformation and private-equity consulting experience across growth, proposition, pricing, international expansion, operating-model change, commercial due diligence, M&A and post-merger integration.

Investor and board perspective

He is a Venture Partner and Investment Committee member at Pi Labs, has evaluated more than 100 venture investments, invests through Enterprise 100 and other networks, and holds or has held multiple Chair, NED, executive and advisory positions.

Approach

Mike’s approach is direct, hands-on and genuinely collaborative — closer to a trusted partner in the business than an arm’s-length adviser. He backs his judgement with his own time, capital and reputation, and takes on only the situations where he believes he can add real value.
