Who are we?

Growth Strategy is a boutique strategy consultancy that relentlessly pursues growth in shareholder value via implementable quant-led strategic advice. We passionately work across a spectrum of corporates, private equity portfolio companies and earlier-stage businesses to realise the common goal – growth. 

Ultimately people deliver change and therefore we work in a highly collaborative manner to uncover deep market insights, identify clear solutions from complexity and prioritise opportunities to ensure winning results and sustainable competitive advantage are implemented and realised.

We are investor-minded given our ultimate responsibility to the owners of the client business (be they private equity funds, private individuals or public shareholders), an approach we also leverage in backing our ability to identify and realise growth potential by investing and taking board positions in high potential early stage businesses, also giving us insight into the cutting edge of digital thinking.

Clients come to us because they have complex, material questions to answer (eg enter a new market, acquire a company, reallocate global resources, launch a new product, recover market share loss etc). Being an independent boutique allows us to think clearly, openly and creatively about the correct answer based on structured problem solving and fact-based analysis of the underlying fundamentals of the challenge.
